Refunds
Refunds and returns accepted only in case of damaged products received.

All the orders are dispatched from our warehouse within same working days. Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 0-3 working days from the date when the order is placed. We take great care selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 7 days of purchase date. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

No other return shall be accepted due to the handcrafted nature of products. For return/refund due to breakage the customer should intimate the team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

SPECIAL COVID-19 LOCKDOWN INSTRUCTIONS : RTO (Return To Origin) Orders

For any order which is shipped to a place where lockdown is applicable or only essential services order are being accepted and if RTO is generated for such location RTO charges shall be deducted from customers account.

Charges as applicable

1. Shipping Charge ( Actual Basis)

2. RTO Charge ( Actual Basis)

3. YoursPlants Service Charge ₹50.

4. Amazon, Ekart, SafeExpress,Poter, Uber, WeFast charges for local delivery will be applicable on actual basis

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds shall only be issued for items broken while in-transit. Exchange shall be possible on case-by-case basis. We currently do not have return service. Hence, customer shall have to send the order package by themselves.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, Live Plants, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. For any product received in broken condition it'll be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Service charge of Rs 50 will be applicable for any return request.

For all RTO (Return To Origin) Orders the RTO charges alongwith Shipping Charges will be deducted from the prepaid order of customer. YoursPlants will not bear the RTO Charges.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
